NOTICE ON THE ENTRY INTO FORCE OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL
from April 27, 2016
on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)
Pursuant to the EU Regulation 2016/679 on data protection, which comes into effect on May 25, 2018, the Faculty of Law at the University of Split is adjusting its operations to provide adequate protection of personal data to all its students, employees, external collaborators, economic entities, public institutions, state institutions, and others, and to be transparent in the use of such data.
