Upon completion of the university specialist study "Medical Law", the title and competences of a specialist in medical law are acquired. Participants who obtain a diploma will be able to perform complex and demanding jobs with higher levels of responsibility in healthcare, justice, public administration (local, regional, national and international), professional and professional associations, educational institutions, institutes, institutions, etc., as independent experts. from the field of medical law.

Conditions for enrollment
The right to enrollment is granted to persons who have completed a university degree in law, a university degree in medicine, a university degree in health studies, a university degree in forensic science, a university degree in professional administration (120 ECTS) or one of the related studies.
Persons who have not completed university studies in law and professional administrative study must attend lectures in the subject "Introduction to Law" before taking other examinations.
Applicants who have completed a specialist graduate professional administrative study programme must attend lectures on this subject before taking other examinations:
- Organization of the Judiciary
- Fundamentals of European Union law i
- Fundamentals of Scientific Research Methodology
Foreign citizens can also study under the same conditions.
Acquired competencies
Upon completion of the postgraduate specialised study programme "Medical Law", 120 ECTS credits are acquired. A person who completes this study programme acquires the title and competences of a specialist in medical law (univ. spec.).
Graduates will be able to perform complex and demanding tasks of higher levels of responsibility in health care, in the judiciary, in public administration (of local, regional, national and international importance), in professional and specialised associations, educational institutions, institutes, institutions, as independent experts in the field of medical law etc.
