Lecture by dr. Hendrik Bosshammer from the OECD: collaboration between Croatia and the OECD
Today, Dr. Hendrik Bosshammer from the OECD joined the University of Split’s Law Faculty to provide a student lecture on the collaboration between Croatia and the OECD in support of fair market conditions for competitiveness and the project’s key recommendations for policy reform. The Faculty of Law of the University of Split is an active stakeholder contributing to the project work. During his lecture, Dr. Bosshammer outlined avenues for reform in the areas of anti-corruption and competition law in Croatia as well as for the frameworks governing state-owned-enterprises. The Faculty of Law is looking forward to continuing to contribute to fostering fair market conditions in Croatia in the context of the OECD collaboration, including by scaling up its activities of its legal clinic in partnership with the OECD and the Business Chamber of Split to assist local enterprises.
